Opportunity for hospital wide work experience
The Maryvale Private Hospital (MPH) work experience placement provides students with learning opportunities under the guidance of experienced and passionate professionals. The hospital wide placement will provide students with insight into the broad working environment operations that a healthcare setting has to offer & includes rotations in administration, admissions, consulting, catering, stores, clerical, ward – medical & surgical (shadowing a nurse & physiotherapist), all the way through to theatre with our technicians. Students will have the chance to experience a range of hands on practical & observational tasks in their exploration of the wide range of services available to meet the growing demands on quality healthcare in Gippsland.
